Refund Policy

Readings are personal digital files delivered instantly, so we can't take them back once they're downloaded. But if anything is wrong — a typo in your birth data, a file that won't open — email us and we'll make it right.

How to reach us

Email support@traitso.com with the email you paid with and, if you have it, your private chart link. We usually reply within 1–2 business days.

Wrong birth data?

If you entered a wrong date, time or city, write to us before or right after downloading — we'll regenerate your reading with the corrected data at no charge.

Payments

Payments are processed by lava.top. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; your bank may take several days to show them. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — it's faster for you.
