How emotional (solar plexus) works
Your Solar Plexus — the emotional center of the chart — is defined, and it runs like a wave: high, low, high again, over and over. No single point on that wave carries the whole truth. Say yes to something at the peak of excitement and it might feel wrong a day later, once the wave dips. Real clarity only shows up after you've slept on a decision and looked at it from more than one point on that wave. If a desire is still calm and steady a day later, and still there a week later, that's your genuine yes. If it was only alive at the peak, it wasn't real — it was just the high.
Rules for decisions
- Never decide anything important in the heat of the moment — 'I need time to feel this through' is your best sentence, and people who matter will respect it.
- Don't agree at the peak of excitement, and don't refuse at the bottom of a low — both are just the wave talking.
- For big decisions — moving, marrying, quitting a job — give yourself at least a few days, ideally longer.
- If you also have a gut response, use both: let your gut say 'uh-huh' first, then let the wave confirm it over time.
- Tell people upfront that you need time — it protects you from being pressured into a snap answer you'll regret.
