How sacral works
Your Sacral Center — your gut-energy center — is defined, and it answers instantly and honestly: a sound, a pull, a heavy flatness in the body, well before your brain has assembled a reason. This isn't a feeling you need to interpret; it's closer to a reflex, and it's almost always right when you let it answer before your thoughts get involved. The second you start explaining to yourself why you should say yes, you've already left your own authority behind.
Rules for decisions
- Answer with a sound or a body feeling before words — 'uh-huh' or 'unh-uh', not a full sentence.
- Decide in the moment, while the question is actually live — don't shelve a gut response for a mental review later.
- If your body goes flat or heavy at a proposal, that's a no, no matter how good it sounds on paper.
- Be suspicious of decisions you made purely in your head with no gut check attached to them.
- Ask people to give you direct yes/no questions instead of open-ended ones — it's much easier for you to answer cleanly.
