How a Sacral Manifesting Generator decides
A Sacral Manifesting Generator decides fast: the gut responds in the moment and you can move immediately — just inform the people affected before you leap. You're built to skip steps and run several things at once, and the Sacral 'uh-huh' is the filter for which of them deserve your energy.
An example
A chance comes up to launch a side project with a friend. If your gut says 'uh-huh' in the moment, you can move today — but tell your partner, your team and anyone else it affects before you dive in. A quick 'heads up, I'm starting this' saves weeks of friction.
Rules for decisions
- Answer with a sound or a body feeling before words — 'uh-huh' or 'unh-uh', not a full sentence.
- Decide in the moment, while the question is actually live — don't shelve a gut response for a mental review later.
- If your body goes flat or heavy at a proposal, that's a no, no matter how good it sounds on paper.
- Be suspicious of decisions you made purely in your head with no gut check attached to them.
- Ask people to give you direct yes/no questions instead of open-ended ones — it's much easier for you to answer cleanly.
